Acceptable Use Policy — GeraCash

This policy describes activities that are not permitted on GeraCash. It applies in addition to our terms of service. Breach may result in content removal, account suspension, account termination, and reporting to authorities.
Prohibited activities
- Illegal activity. Anything illegal under the laws of your country or the country of operation.
- Fraud and deception. Misrepresentation, identity fraud, fake reviews, payment chargeback abuse.
- Harassment, hate, threats. Targeted abuse, slurs, incitement, or content that promotes violence.
- Sexual content involving minors. Zero tolerance. We report to NCMEC and equivalents and preserve evidence.
- Non-consensual sexual or intimate content. Including deepfakes.
- Unauthorised data collection or scraping beyond our published API rate limits and crawler-friendly endpoints.
- Malware, intrusion, or denial-of-service. Including credential stuffing or vulnerability probing without prior written authorisation.
- Spam. Unsolicited bulk messaging, phishing, lead-pumping.
- Money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion. Especially relevant on GeraCash, GeraSure, GeraMarket.
- Copyright, trademark, or trade-secret violation. We honour DMCA / EUCD takedown notices.
- Misuse of AI features. Including attempts to extract training data, jailbreak safeguards, or generate prohibited categories.
- Circumvention of platform limits, fees, or moderation.
Reporting abuse
Email abuse@gera.services. For urgent harm (CSAM, imminent violence, self-harm) please also contact local authorities. We will respond within 72 hours for non-urgent reports.
Enforcement
We may take any action proportionate to the breach: warning, content removal, feature restriction, suspension, permanent ban, refund withholding, refund issuance, refund clawback, or law-enforcement referral. Repeat offenders are banned across the entire Gera portfolio.
